Knuckles Chaotix & Sonic Heroes also Sonic the Fighter and Shadow the Hedgehog. I for one say that Espio will win considering that he can blend in with his surroundings and he can throw ninja stars bigger then he is. You got a marital artists (Knuckles) vs. a ninja (Espio).

I pick Espio as the victor in this fight. Knuckles is a great deal more powerful, but Espio is faster, and his ability to become invisible should allow him to win this fight.
