Deathstroke and Punisher get all there guns up and ready they shoot at eachother in a middle of a street who gets shot up first?

Punisher dies. Before he can register that he is being shot at, or the fact that Deathstroke is, in fact, behind him and taking his guns, because he ran out of bullets.

That's a lot of exaggeration, but Punisher really has no chance. Slade 10/10.

Slade should be able to take down Punisher

But Punisher killed the Earths MU heros with preptime witch supases Slades taking down the JLA.

Slade has pretty decent bullettime feats. If he wants, he can dodge Punisher's bullets and run up on him and snap his dirty little neck. Or, he could do the "Who can take the most bullets" game like he played with Deadshot.

That was a baddass moment in DC comics.

It was badass, but very CIS PIS which downgraded Slade a bit.

Slade has taken bullets without falling down, he has dodged bullets at close range. It seems to imply that those few bullets took him out for a second and he couldn't dodge them.

Yea, but Frank would just shoot more bullets so that where ever Slade dodges there would be more bullets.....and...he's sworn revenge and stuff....and he doesn't wear underware over his pants....

Damnit!!! I give up, Slade gives old Frank a lead enema.
