lol Niiice.. Darth Maul is my favorite character of the PT trilogy. He just doesn't give fcuk, he's psychotic crazy. I like him. I loved the books "Darth Maul: Shadow Hunter: and "Darth Maul: Saboteur"

I remember reading about how Maul was always disgusted by everyone cause nobody was worthy enough except him and Palpatine and how he thought that if it took killing everyone on Coruscant to fulfill his Master's bidding he'd do it gladly and heartlessly without thinking twice about it even as impossible a task it may seem. No enemy was to great threat to Maul no matter how dangerous. He had no fear.

Sidious once thought that he might've installed to much grounded hatred inside Maul and was concerned if it would some day cloud him. Which it did.

He's the definition of a true Sith warrior. The Force just wasn't with him at his moment of death. Darth Maul Rules

Not really, Sorgo; Maul is arguably a highly important character. He exposed the Sith to the Jedi and was the first Sith to openly kill a Jedi in a thousand years.

Killing a single Jedi wasn't all that and a bag of chips, it's what he did in EU that made him important.

Eliminating Black Sun was the most important thing Maul ever did. Without that, Black Sun's armies could have intervened during the Clone Wars and fecked up Palpatine's plans. He had to make sure there was no outside interferrence, hence Maul killing off important BS leaders and screwing them over. After that it was pretty much...'do whatever you want, I dont need you anymore' type thing..

I dunno about that. I remember reading "Darth Maul: Shadow Hunter" & "Star Wars Ep1" but I forget which book it was that wrote, and I'm paraphrasing "Sidious has killed Jedi directly and indirectly. He was responsible for the death of many Jedi even before the slaying of Master Jin by the hands of his Dark Apprentice, Lord Maul."

And that's why I said directly. The book was implying that Palpatine did in fact directly (openly) kill Jedi, as himself.

He was an apprentice once too, and I'm sure he had trials given to him by Plegeius that were may have involved Jedi interference.

Oh and by the way, Capt Rex, Lord Maul killed Jedi before before Qui Gon if you didn't know. Read "Darth Maul: Shadow Hunter".

Maul's still da man, though.
