Loki and Thor take this. Other than Thor, Loki does well against everyone else. He's stalemated Silver Surfer. Even kicking Thor Corp's butt which consisted of Bill, Masterson, and Draco.

Loki has a variety of offense and defenses. He can got intangible to avoid attacks (did it against Thor Corps) and start messing with CM and BA's mystic connection. Ain't hard for a guy who can give power to someone like Creel or even power up Surfer.

Thor and Loki will abuse them to death, especially in bloodlust that means thor can go into warrior madness and kill both captain marvel and black adam with out breaking a swet.
