Even before Zoom upgraded her, Cheetah was still operating at consistent sub-sonic/supersonic speeds.

She'd mess up Yuriko.

More than sub/supersonic, she was generally a bit faster than Wondy (as opposed to post upgrade when she *really* blitzed her).


Plus the huge strength difference. Cheetah tears her apart without problem.
