1. H2H or CQC Spidey doesnt have his spider sense and both batman and spidermans strength and speed levels etc are the same .

2. Both use full powers and abilities , this time spiderman has his standard strength and speed levels with spider sense etc, Batman has his most powerful suit with tech AI etc.

3. Number 2 but H2H/CQC only.

Who wins in each of the above ?

Batman in all, his most powerful suit should be the Hellbat armor which would be spite.

Batman in all. Taking away Spidey sense, strength, and his speed makes him very weak. He's a basically a low skilled human with no armor or protective gear.
