We'll start.

Jack was on his lunchbreak. It is a hot day...for the north but Jack is from the south so this weather is cool to him. He doesn't focus on what's outside the construction zone for Jack was always the one to do the task that's ahead of him.

* walks up to Jack* you look a bit stressed are you ?

"Off duty today?" Jack asked.

naaaa just a little break i should get my gear together. I just needed to sleep in. Any who its time to track down some crack heads * laughs and walks in the station to get his stuff and returned* all ready

"Good luck with finding those...crack heads. I'm heading off to get some lunch"

Brittany was leaning at the bar. It was a slow day, she didn't have many clients only a man who ordered a glass of whisky.

- "I'm done, see you around Brittany" - the man said.

- "Bye Dave" - Brittany said and picked up the money and put it in the cash register. She then picked up the glass and started to wash it.

Brittany heard the phone ring.

- "Hello?....Hi sis...no I'm fine it's just a slow day.....oh Jack's fine, you know him, he's finishing up the house....I'll call you later in the week.....ok bye" - Brittany said and hung up the phone.

Two cops entered the bar and took seats at the counter.

- "What can I get you officers?" - Brittany asked.

- "We'll just take a glass of whisky" - a cop said.

Brittany gave them their drinks and returned to washing the glasses.

Adam walked out of the construction site.

Brittany saw Jack walk in and smiled. She walked to where he sat.

- "Hi Jack, what can I get you?" - Brittany asked.

Brittany handed Jack his drink as if she already had it ready for when he came in.

The door opens and in walks a captain. He sits down at the counter. He appears to be in his 60s wearing a white coat.

- "Sorry Alex, let me check what he wants" - Brittany said and walked up to the captain.

- "Can I get you anything sir?" - Brittany asked him.

"A beer..." the captain said tired. The captain looked at Alex, "a police officer huh? Care to make 200 dollars?"

"Meet me at dock number 13 tomorrow morning at dawn. Make sure you bring a loyal crew" the captain said, "if everything goes as planned you'll be making a lot more then 200."

hehehe sounds good to me sir ......* turns to Jack* up for it ?

Jack looked at Alex, "I have a house to build."

Brittany brought back a beer for the captain.

- "Here you go sir" - Brittany said and went to where Alex and Jack were.

- "What do you think that's all about guys?" - Brittany asked.

The captain drank the beer faster then anyone you ever seen. Placed the money on the counter with a tip and left. The captain used a cane for his left leg appeared to be messed up.

aww c,mon Jack ................fine ....... well Britany all he said was that if me and a cre wanted to make over 200 hundred bucks easy then go to dock 13 at dawn ..................ill go ... but im going as me not a cop ........ill still have my gun and badge on me though

Brittany took the money and the tip and put them in the register.

- "That's strange" - Brittany said talking about the captain.

Jack walked over to where the captain was sitting and grabbed a piece of paper that fell out of his pocket and Jack read what was on the paper, "Shadow Island...Man can only play God he cannot be God"

Brittany looked at Alex for a second.

- "I'll go if Jack goes" - Brittany said then she saw Jack picking up the paper - "Jack?"

"It's a true saying Alex. Man tries to play God when they try to take lives or give life but they cannot be God. Shadow Island...I heard of that name somewhere before. Looks like I'm going" Jack smiled folding up the paper and putting it in his jacket's pocket.

Brittany walked to Jack and took his hand.

- "What about the house? You think we should leave it all like this? I'll go with you and you know it, but didn't you want to finish it first?" - Brittany said

"I'll get it done tonight."

- "I'll help you if you want me to" - Brittany said.

"I'll be fine. Besides a few others will be working tonight"

The Next Morning at 5:30

Brittany waited for Jack to come, she was ready for the trip she had left a friend incharge of the bar.

.........................* walks to the docks and looks in the bar* 1 guy * continues walk*

The ship at dock 13 wasn't that big but about 15 guys were loading supplies into it. The captain was by a large crate, "we got 20 minutes till we head out!"

* walks up* what ! go out i thought ..............* go to a nearest phone and calls* sorry to wak you up but im ganna be gone for a coupe of days ........i know i can't talk right know * after 12 minutes of talking* i love you by * hangs up the pay phonE* im ready

"Excellent. Your task won't be needed till we hit land" the captain said.

Brittany still waited for Jack but she went to the docks where she found Alex and the captain.

- "Alex! Where's Jack?" - Brittany asked him.

i dont know maybe ill go run to his place and find him there ?

"5 minutes. All aboard!!" the captain yelled and got onboard the ship.

Brittany frowned.

- "I'm not going without Jack" - Brittany said.

arg well nothing like a morning run * runs in the direction of Jacks place

Jack walked up next to Brittany, "Sorry I'm late...where's Alex?"

* turned around and ran back once seeing Jack* GOD IM GETTING TIRED * runs back* huff puff lets go

Brittany got on the ship.

- "Well looks like we're ready" - Brittany said.

The captain got onboard. Slowly the ship set sail out into the open see. The captain cried out, "Jimmy!" and a man walked over missing his left arm.
"Captain sir?" Jimmy asked.
"Show these 3 to their room" the captain said.
"Yes captain sir" Jimmy said and then turned to look at Jack, Alex, and Brittany, "follow me."
"Okay" Jack said.

Brittany followed Jack looking around the ship.

"This will be the ladies room" Jimmy opened a door. Inside was Stacy. (Well just have you onboard already rollplayer. We're heading for Shadow Island) "and the men will have the room across the hall."

- "Ok thanks" - Brittany said and went inside the room Stacy was in.

- "Hi" - Brittany said to Stacy.

"I'm heading to the deck"

Brittany stayed for a while on her bed, she was sleepy and rested there for a moment, she wasn't clear of her duties, after all the captain had requested Alex to gather a crew, but she didn't know exactly what she was getting involved in.

Jack stayed on deck for a few hours. It was approaching noon and Jack wondered how long the voyage would take.

* knocks on the womens room* hellow is anyone there ?

Brittany heard a knock on the door, she got up and opened it.

- "What's up Alex?" - Brittany asked.

* he huged her * i like you ^^ * moved hand toward her ass and then kissed her*

Brittany was caught by surprise but she pushed Alex away and slapped him on the cheek.

- "You think that's romantic?! Get away from me think things twice before doing that!" - Brittany said and slammed the door in his face.

- "How dare he!" - Brittany said locking the door.

Jack walked down the hall and was about to enter his room when he noticed Alex, "boring day huh?"

Brittany was clearly offended, she wasn't the kind of girl that took lightly to that kind of approach, she thought Alex knew her better, but she was obviously mistaken.

* Alex was laughing* AAHAHA NO i just kidded around with her like at that one party and she slapped me aahahhahaa * starts scratching the door like a cat * c,mon open up im sorry

Jack twisted Alex by the arm, opened the door to their room and threw Alex in, "again man? Come on what's wrong with you!?"

*laughs * dude dont make me have to hurt you besides i may have had to much to drink

"Just try not to piss anyone off. We don't know how long this trip is going to be" Jack said walking back to the hall and closing the door behind him.

Jack wasn't suprised, "it's alright. Listen, I'm here for ya whenever you need me alright?"

John jamming his hands back in his pockets and walking to the edge of the boat.And jumped on the tip of it and looked at the sea.As the sun started to go down.His black jacket started to flutter.John sighing."What ever happend to me."John smileing and siting on the edge of the boat.
