I read from the forums that Mephisto is above Skyfather-level

i would think he is

only in his own realm if mephesto above sky father outside not a chance on nuteral ground i think they did fight once supposidly they are both like entities created broken off of Dormammu or someone like that im not sure.

They are essentially the same damn person, its useless trying to stick them in a fight, but Mephisto looks cooler and isn't getting sued by Lucifer for the name.

How could they be the same person if they are from diff companies?

They are both lords of hell that spend their time trying to take souls. DC and marvel both took them from the bible.

yes the inspireation are the same. But back to characters they are diff.
