Captain America would go down in my opinion, if we look at the powers not the conctract with Marvel that he has to beat everybody He is not as strong as lot of people think the Marvel made a contract with the creator that he has to beat everybody...But no chance against Juggernaut maybe he could beat Kitty Pryde or Toad or Batman but against Cain..No I'd don't think so.

Cap is a great strategist and h2h combatant but i dont see him winning this one.

Cap made Marvel a powerhouse, likewise, Marvel makes Cap a powerhouse.
