"God" vs "everything else" implies a duality of being. Since God, in the highest sense, is infinite and absolute--All That Is, outside of which Exists Nothing--then the God in this match is not THE God.
And to remove his "powers?" More major downgrade from "Godhood."

The above aside, and to try and address what you're posing, what "powers" are we talking about, and what would be left? One could argue that God with no power at all, is a rock; with a little bit more power, a bee or an elephant; with still more power: a human being.
