He's one of those Wild Card characters that people never see coming.

Lizard the Spiderman enemy right? Hes stronger, and faster when on foot, and since its in a subway station GR cant use the bike......
Which is all irrelevent considering GR would just roast him with hellfire
But I dont think Penance Stare would work cuz while in Lizard form hes just an animal

Yes, the penace stare will still work on his "human" half...whether he's in Lizard form or not. And being in a subway doesn't mean Ghost Rider can't go there on his motorcycle...his motorcycle isn't restricted to laws of gravity and whatnot...he can go up the side of buildings, along bridge railing, and lots of other "impossible" places that any other cycle could never go. I say Ghost Rider penace stares Lizard and then wraps him up in his unbreakable, mystical chains and drags him thru hell and drops him off in the eternal pit of torment.....
