If you truely understand who a high Celestial like Exitar is then you would realize this is like putting Pre Crisis Superman agianst a boy scout troop. Rune King Thor is by far the most powerful on your team but it's been proven numerous times that even Sky Fathers are fleas to Celestials.

Add say, fully powered Galactus or Tyrant to the equation and now Exitar's in for a fight.

Precrisis Supes uses the sword which can get him into heaven and warp reality. Game over, it was given to him by God!!!

Or uses his superkisses to seduce Exitar

Really Exitar blinks them out of existences or turn them into his lap dogs.

Nope the Sword is way beyond the Celestials. It is the sword of truth and justice given to Supes by "God", way beyond Exitar.

I thought pre-cresis superman was unbeatable and know he needs a sword, damn how the mighty have fallen

I doubt Exitar could do that precrisis Supes can time travel and dimension hop, his speed is as fast as he wants it, he is quicker than anything ever in Marvel.

Exitar can warp reality, time travel he is the most powerful Celestial he is on par with a full powered galactus. IMOP.

Precrisis Supes can alter reality also, look at the end of Superman 1 he gets to the Sword then Gods will is done.
