This fight take place on a Basketball court in Brooklin

Luke Cage-Luke Cage possesses superhuman strength, endurance, and resistance to injury as a result of his participation in dangerous (and highly controversial) experiments while in prison. In the begining, Luke Cage had sufficient strength to lift (press) 3 tons over his head. His power has seemingly increased since then, possibly in the 30-ton range.

Spider-Man-Ability to stick to solid surfaces, super-strength, precognitive "spider-sense", superhuman speed, reflexes, and agility, "webbing" both synthesized and organic. "Stingers," poisoned spears located in each arm that can paralyze victims.

They aren't "near instantaneous" they ARE instantaneous. If he were in Marvel, he'd rate a 7 for reflexes.

Doc dies.

Spiderman v Slade, Slade would probably lose to new spidey. Cuz they stalemate each other when Spidey is normal.

But, Luke is there to back Slade up, so he holds spidey and Slade blows 'em both up.

I go with Team 2 also. I think Doc takes Cage everytime and will be there to help put the finishing touches on Deathstroke.
