Who wins?

Iceman and Cyclops take this battle. Heck, either Scott or Bobby could take this on their own. Besides being a master tactician, Cyclops is also a master marksman with his blasts. He won't miss. Suppose Ryu or SZ are somehow too fast to avoid Cyke's regular blast; no problem, Scott can open up a wide area blast and take out the city block. Iceman? Assuming this is Iceman at the peak of his powers, Iceman could encase Ryu in a block of ice with a mere thought.
