besides superman who do u think flys the fastest ? or do you think there is somone that does fly faster than him ?

Runner is faster than Surfer though I suppose he isn't actually flying.

Surfer, as the Keeper, mentions that the Quantum Bands allow him to travel much faster than the Power Cosmic does

I wouldnt count Surfer either personally.

Anyone who uses a devise such as ring, board, glider, hammer, bike, bands etc, doesnt count in my eyes. It seems so unatural.

he did that universe spanning feat within a minute in "Whom The Gods Destroy" and it's not a wormhole or a portal either.

In FF #250 when Gladiator was flying through space towards the earth, Reed said that he'd never seen anything moving that fast. I think I'll take Reeds word for it...since he's seen SS, THOR, BRB, Quasar and most everyone else in Marvel.

People aren't giving Supes his credit. Just recently he crossed 25 or so light years in probably less than a minute, just a couple panels of stuff falling from the sky. Do the math. That's rediculous speed. Many many millions of times lightspeed.

NO. WRONG. Superman has travelled off panel to worlds rediculously far away. Never explained on Panel how he didn't age to death. We must assume he was going hyperspeeds. And Takion travels to the center of the universe under his own power. Two characters who both give surfer a run.

Indeed. Put him in the top tier, but certainly not above the likes of the Surfer. .

if i recal corectly crossing a galaxy in the time it takes for a heart to beat.

I hope it's clear that we're talking about pure speed and not dimension hopping/teleporting etc.
