Ratchet is armed with : Heavy Lancer,plasma storm,Shield Charger, Blitz gun.

Chief: shield,shotgun,plasma rifle,plasma pistol

Just for fun Chief gets a N90 Hurricane and Ratchet gets a Needler.

I'd say Chief. Darn good fight though. My favorite weapon in all those games is the Bouncer.

I'm going with Ratchet. The Plasma Storm alone should be enough to take the Chief out.

or the bouncer or the min nuke connon or bla bla bla bla there are so many weapons in ratchet & clank to kill just about anything including mc

depends on who fires first. i would like to see ratchet survive mc's shotgun

He would, Ratchet can take on everything if he's at full lvl in Going Commando including Cheif, his suit also has waaaaaaaaaaay better shields than MC so yes, he would survive MC's shotgun, rockets, smashes anything.
