It's got a twist to make sure that it's not "OMG OLD" and "BEEN DONE".

Batman vs Spidey(new powers. See below)
Batman and Daredevil vs Spidey
Daredevil and Spidey vs Batman and Nightwing
Batman and Spidey vs Daredevil and Nightwing

Each instance takes place in a pitch black room. The room is free of debris, and is in a warehouse(leaving scaffolding to climb on and such) and is about 50 feet long by 50 feet wide, and 50 feet from floor to ceiling, catwalk is 30 feet up.

Spideys new powers(the obvious ones that you can't ignore):
Night vision - He can now see in the dark.
Can feel air flow(not apparent wether he felt it through his gloves, but he took them off and mentioned it, so it's possible).
Back is also adhesive.
He can feel vibrations. If the webbing is connected to a wall, he can feel the vibrations THROUGH the web and the wall, floor, ceiling, etc. Basically like a real spider.
Spider-sense is much more accurate. He tripped Tony before Tony even touched him by pure instinct.

Not-so-apparent:
He seems much more durable(collapsing rubble fell on him, he seemed unharmed).
This might mean he's much stronger too/instead.

These are the only 2 points that can be argued as far as what his new powers are. The others are canon and by Spidey himself.

oh okay, I dont have it yet.
Night Vision is an intersting idea.
Spidey is now the ultimate stelath character, Spider Sense + Night Vision,
forget Solid Snake or Sam Fischer big grin

Mider
interesting battle

Murda Mase
You forgot the stingers that shoot out his arms like Baraka.

I say Spider-Man wins this by webbing him stinging him then eating his face off.
