The person that killed Dennis Rickman is infact Danny Moon. When Dennis threw Johnny his phone Johnny told Danny to stab Dennis and he did. This will all become clear when Phil who wants revenge sends his Brother Grant to track down Johnny, but when they get there they find Danny there aswell as Johnny. Then Jake Moon apears with a gun and takes a shoot for his brother Danny!!
