Both at their peak condition. (W/O phenix) who wins?

jean, tk + telepathy

Storm is pretty hard to affect telepathically so it might take seconds for Jean to do something to her telepathically. But Jean can blasty her with telekinetic or telepathis blast which storm can evade.

Jean forms a TK shield around herself and Storm then watches storm suffocate

Can't storm blast her inside her shield?

I've read that Storm can blast lightning inside Jean's shield.

Jean rips Storm's heart out. Jean wins.

Uh....don't you know that Storm's lighting travels faster than Flash can move because it's all instinct and she never misses a target and she'll hit Jean and knock her out even if she has a shield up because Storm can do that you know, or maybe you didn't.

Which Jean's shields would block...and it sure as hell doesn't travel faster then Flash, do you know anything about Flash?

Storm has to think and aim his lightning to hit Jean. Jean has to think and Storm's limbs are ripped off.

Her lighting IS Death, dude. What are you talking about? Storm can beat anybody-Thor, Supes, GL, DS, Warlock, Thanos w/THOTU and the IG. Her lightning is killer.

She still can't stop a bloodlusted Wolverine or Thing w/Power of Heart.

You've got to be kidding. Wolvie is child's play. You obviously don't know her backstory. Before Xavier asked her to join the X-Men, Ororo was abducted by the Shiar and trained to be an intergalactic/cross dimensional samurai. She could take Wolvie, Psylocke, Elektra, Black Widow, the Hand and all of Shield all at once with a couple lighting bolts and some well place hurricane winds.
