Apocalypse decides to see who out of all his Horsemen is the strongest. He upgrades all characters to the level they were as Horsemen, puts them all in that room from Wolverine #100. The huge one with the thousands of coffins laying all around. The outer walls are all adamantium so there's no escape. Oh, and the AoA Apocalypse decided to chuck his Horsemen in for the hell of it.
