While chasing some baddies, Batman finds the Sinister Six in the city and they have a showdown. Batman can take the fight wherever he wants. Can he do this?

No way. Batman loses unless he can call in some backup like Nightwing, Robin, Batgirl, or has some time to study who hes up against. A sudden confrontation against those guys is to much, Spider-Man has trouble avoiding Ock's tentacles and Batman's reflexes aren't anywhere near his.

He might take them down 1 on 1 which he will.

Poor Batman.

He takes it to the Batcave and grabs his motherbox, freezegun, and a plot device or two, which equipts him to beat some sinister ass.

without his infamous prep.....bat loses even one on one.

Batman loses, he won't get a chance to take the fight wherever he wants. He'll end up smothered, fried, or dismembered

Batman doesn't break a sweat. Up against him are:

A middle-aged guy with an unhealthy obsession with japanese pornography.
A failed special effects guy with a fish bowl on his head.
A 80-year-old feller in green spandex whose awesome power is to fly. Or would be if he didn't die of heart failure before reaching necessary velocity to stay up.
A man with the electrocutive powers of a double-A battery.
A dude who has lost to Spider-Man several times, and even with an unhittable physique gets bruised and battered in fights. How sad is that?
A working-out dude who can smell pretty good.

Is this a joke, perhaps? These "villains" aren't even B-class. Sinister made them a team just because he can't stop laughing when monitoring their "progress," in the mission he gave them, which would be getting milk from the grocery shop. During the trip, Vulture died of age, Doc Ock of a heart condition, Elector of stepping in a puddle and Kraven and Sandman ended up fighting with the mall guard, who was forced to beat them up.

To sum it up, this trash heap is nowhere near Batman-level. He doesn't need to even kick their asses, their combined suckiness will take care of the losing all by itself.

Without Prep, Bats gets hard hits on Kraven, Mysterio and Vulture, before he gets hit-Then he is destroyed.

Surely. Bats is afterall, facing electricity for the first time and we know how well Electro does his job! I mean, what has he, knocked Spidey out once?

Ock is another wonderful warrior, surely good enough to, ehm, look pretty funny and flame Batman on forums, I'm sure. Typing must be awful easy with those tentacles!

Also, Batman is well-known for being a complete idiot. He's fully incapable of logical thinking of any kind that could possibly help him against the movie effect cast-off.

If Sandman WAS able to kill anything, why hasn't he? In fact, why has he only won one single fight in all the Spidey comics I've read? (Which is quite an impressive amount, too.)

If that is the case, I'd be highly interested in getting a hold of that issue. One of my favourite after-eight hobbies is seeing Vulture-like villains being beaten with sticks.

Actually, I have to agree I made a misconception there. I somehow thought the Sinister Six to be one of Sinister's groups, though I don't know where the idea came from. Irrelevant to the topic, however.

Electro at his peak is not mentioned in the original post, so we'll consider him a classic version here. Which still means he's a blow-over. His weakness is water. His power feat is to roll over a car. Batman himself, for example, is not able to do that? Electro hasn't managed to do a single convincing fight with even Spidey, I can hardly see him taking out Bats, when the nearest water post is his doom.

It would appear that you don't know the forum rules too well either. Current versions are used unless the thread starter says otherwise. Come on Tulika. You can do better than this. If this was Bats VS. Supes you'd probably say Bats would win because Supes can't fly, he's just able to leap tall buildings.

And don't forget that Sandman is in the 85 ton range.

I got an idea! If he can take it anywhere he takes it to the training place for the JLA or JSA and tells the league and society members that the SS are realistic dumbies that they can smash to smithereens.

But seriously other than that Bats has as much chance as a Jimmy Olsen does beating Spiderman.

Current Electro fainted when Cage was going to fight him.
