Prof Zoom is given 1 second of prep while Victor is given 3 hours of prep. This match is located on a 1,000 mi x 1,000 mi dry barren wasteland. This is a flat area and contains no type of landforms or any other obstacles.

The new Zoom is just called Zoom no Professor in the front.

Unless the thread starter made a mistake.

Either way Zoom takes it.

He'll rip his throat out or blow him up with a sonic boom ect...before he has a chance to say a spell and that the Professor one.

Zoom 2 has no cap on speed hes the fastest character in comics now because of that.

Know one can tag him at his fastest....unless hes written by Rucka in Wonder Women.

Wally almost killed himself from trying just to keep up at Zoom 2 normal speed actually who knows really what his normal speed is because thats when he was just getting used to his powers.

That could be why they(DC) got rid of the speed force because they can't put a max on Flashes speed now that Zooms in town.

Wally West
With any kind of prep Doom wins. Zoom's power is a form of time travel and Doom is pretty handy with that. Zoom can't become immaterial or steal speed (well, he hasn't in any of his apperances I've read, and Wally said he can't become immaterial like Bart) so hes not getting through any of Doom's shields. Zoom couldn't escape WW's magic lasso (of course) and Doom is handy with magic too. Zoom's 1 second prep is obviously quite a while for him but he couldn't put it to as good use as Doom could.

Tron
It's hard to say, but I'd lean towards a prepped Doom. He'll only get one chance at it though, and if he fails, he's done for.
