Possibly XP. Id say it depends on what the threadmaker means by fully powered because he hasnt been shown to have a limit to the amount of powers he could absorb.

Yes, it would be possible for Korvac to absorb enough to defeat Abraxas.
But generalyl I would chose Abraxas.

korvac would have to drain all the universe including the living beings he was already more powerful then eternity but not everyone combined.
