All the Drac incidents were before he used his power properly.

And? Onslaught a a trans tier + character.

The Namor thing is well overblown. And based on combat he would beat Namor.

He's beat all the Xmen in under 3 minutes before.

He's had the better of Ikaris. Stalemated Loki and High Evolutionary, destroyed Stryfe and looked good against Thor.

The whole he jobs all the time is a myth.

Stops hard at Hal.

He should beat Aquaman, potentially Cyborg. Loses against everyone else.

He'd get as far as Hal; that's when it would get tricky.

Unless Cyborg doesn't just BFR him, at least.

I think Apocalypse is more formidable than people give him credit for. Then again some people consider him a Thanos/Darkseid level character which is bahooey

That said, Cyborg should be able to win solely through technopathy
