Blake is composite (classic physicals combined with post resurrection psionic upgrade - Mystery in Space)

Both are acting in character

CC wins this pretty convincingly. WW has the edge in STR and HTH skill but CC has the edge in everything else.

Diana has the edge in speed, and combat speed more than strength. I would say Strength leans heavily to Comet (based on classic comet, obviously if post resurrection only instead of composite it's a completely different story as his physicals were a fraction of pre Mystery in space).

Blake has a few speed feats that are Flash level but they are very few and very far between. In strength he has fought well vs Superman (though context he was generating a field that weakened him somehow, he was also beserker), has done well vs Mon-el (as Valor) and Logo.

Ironically I started this to see if the speed argument would come up like in the WW v Maxima thread. CC is more accepted as a speedster even though he has a lower percentage of speed showings. That is he has probably more speed showings than Maxima but a vastly larger number of appearances.
