Blue Marvel can make sense of the situation and overcome it ftw?

Fallen One hasnt done anything special tbh. He doesnt have much feats. The assumption is, that he is Silver Surfer level, but we can only guess. As far as personality goes, Fallen One was nothing but an enraged, mindless attacker trying to speedblitz his opponents. Blue Marvel is much smarter than that, and possibly just as powerful. BM wins.
