To many people in this but at first glance I see more power on marvel's side with multiple skyfathers.

Team Marvel only because I know more of their magic feats.

Team Marvel. Sentinels of Magic has 2 skyfather level there, while marvel has what? Blackheart, Hellstorm, Mephisto, Nighmare, Dormammu, etc not to mention people who can fight skyfather level and beyond; strange, talisman(who'd eat their magic), etc. That's overkill.

well we know that phantom stranger is extremely powerful now.

Phantom Stranger seems powerful, but I don't know if i've ever seen any actual feats from him. Being in the Quintessence probably means he's up there though. I don't know enough about most of the people to make a call on this one.
