I would go with Spiderman's team

One guy from Spider-man team alone could make a good fight against the batman team(w/o batman). 5 would be overkill(even w/ batman)

Spiderman vs Batman --- Spiderman
Doctor Octopus vs Bane --- Doc Ock
Lizard vs Killer Croc --- Lizard(Croc really only has a skin condition and even when he is actually monster he isn't as fast or strong as the Lizard)
Green Goblin vs Manbat --- Green Goblin
Sandman - Mr. Freeze --- Sandman

This pretty much is a blow out for me. Maybe Mr Freeze could win that last one, but then its still 4 vs 1. Too easy
