Can this team enter Dc Earth unoticed and own it?.. take over it..in a invasion type of attack.

Or is there enough forces in Dc Earth to stop the invasion?

Yesh! there are many people who can stop them. Phantom Stranger, JLA, JSA, Green Lanterns, Spectre...etc.

Even if you limit it to superheroes (no spectre, no phantom stranger) DC earth could still pull out a win. They have counterparts to most of thoes characters as well as a vast numbers advantage.
