Yeah, I'd have to say that stalemating galactus beats eating a star when it comes to feats.

edit read wrong, don't know much about Dark Jean, and Marvel Girl III has a piece of the Phoenix now, if Dark Jean is a real Jean Grey (not a clone) she should be able to snatch the Phoenix right out of Rachel.
