Probably a toss up. Ray is very versatile.

Guys, does the Ray's power only work if he absorbs light? Or what? He seems like a cool character but the info on him is sketchy. He's like Classic Starhawk except not as annoying

I've seen a Ray respect thread a long time ago, but that site doesn't work. He had some very good feats. I think he took on a bunch of memebers of the JLA at once.

Not too familiar with Ray, but in Young Justice he and Impulse had a speed rivalry going on.

Last Ray was pretty damn fast. I think FTL speeds.

He can carry quite a charge around. It's not like he's only good against light-based foes or anything.

During Final Night he provided emergency lighting and heat to a city.

Ray should have faster sprinting speed/reflexes, but Worldmind might be able to pick up the slack. In theory, Richard could just keep him from getting any light sources, via containment.. (It doesn't instantly drain him, but his battery's pretty shallow, especially in energy being mode..)

Toonforce Lobo couldn't kill him after hitting his energy form with anti-matter. Nova isn't doing anything to Ray.
