Sure most of the time. They still have the ultimate tactician and a ton of high power guys.

i mean power wise this lineup is around the same as JL

superman makes up for 2 high heralds at best

Though Blue Marvel could be intriguing. He seems to be a weird deus ex at times.

Yes and no.
On average, that's more than enough power. But when sh!t really hits the fan, who's going to replicate JL 25? Or be the status of peace to prevent universal wars?

The lineup posted in OP is quite light on magical knowledge/weaponry, not to mention TP linking/resistance. I say it doesn't do as well.

The problem is that
a) Diana and Jonn have a powerset that varies a little.
b) they also bring more to the table than just powerset. They bring a difference of perspective and mindset not offered here.

So while this line up fairs just as well vs many threats it doesn't fair as well vs some others. For example no one here could have given Despero the gift of Mayavanna. Meaning this league would have list that battle. The fact is every time Despero was defeated it was done by a powerset not present here. Even the initial defeat of the much weaker Despero was only because anaoper Carr freed the league. But that aside who would do the illusion Gypsy did to distract him, who would use the magic Zatanna did to defeat him twice, the Mayavanna gift of MMH. Literally every single time they defeated Despero the physical powerhouses lost to his TP/Hypnotism/mind control first.
