Morlun. Carnage lacks the powers to put him down , so unless he finds a means of flooding the area with radiation, Morlun should eventually win.

Carnage could always mind control him a la Cap America/Logan etc.

Mind you, then Morlun could drain him.....but I don't think he'd be able to if under mindcontrol.
