That Eternity/Entropy sequence with Insane Genis is often hyper-exaggerated... So if that's what you're referring to, I agree.

Canonically, Photon Genis > Insane Genis... And the former's stalemate with Sentry(pre-Siege-'awakening') gives us a decent means of gauging the power of his previous/inferior incarnation, imo.

ie. Photon Genis ~ Sentry(pre-Siege-'awakening') > Insane Genis.
