Okay! I think all of the cosmologies suck as they too often leave the reader looking at their cosmologies as being awfully 2 dimensional, to outright underwhelming. Protege vs Perpetua seemed like a decent match on paper for two sagging characters.

Well, we saw that Scathan was able to muzzle the Protege and keep him under control even after he duplicated LT/Eternity/Beyonder/Mephisto/etcs... powers. So there IS a limit on what he can copy.

Perpetua could win this.
