Doom win hands down, this is the same man who stole silver surfer, beyonder, aron, powers. Dr. Doom is the man he will turn lex ino his servant and lap dog.

That's probably one of the ugliest armors i've seen that came up in modern times and not the 60's to 80's

(sigh) Does he normally carry any of the stuff necessary to do that? No... Try again...

Dooms suit is massively durable, but his offense is mediocre at best... This is actually an insanely good fight. I'd normally go for Doom because he refers to himself in the 3rd person, but it'd be close.

And yeah, Luthor's armor sucks terribly. I'd stick to the business attire, personally.

Even if Luthor were to win it would turn out to be that he was fighting a Doombot and the real deal would come along w/ all the necessary equipment to finish him off.

yeah but what does it do we know what dooms armoer does, it has a field that can servive a nuke at its peak power, it has energy gauntlets that can shoot energy, it has rockets that let him fly other then that, i dont know anything more, but what does luthors armoer do i mean he made it to fight superman so it must be special

Imo, Dr. Dooms magical abilities tip the scale in his favor. I just don't see how Lex will counter the Crimson Bands of Cyttorak or any other magical attack.

Doom's armor is on par with these guys:

Before anyone starts mouthing, Iron Man's armor was powerful enough to do some damage to Superman in JLA/Avengers. Him and Wonderman put Supes down pretty quick after he jobbed Thor badly.

Also, Doom has his magical abilities. He'd put Lex down faster than you can say primrose poppinjay. (he called Daredevil that once)

Note to all those that read this : I didn't paint that grey-knight i found it on the Internet , i'm ashamed to say my painting skills suck seriously. Also like comics all the decent GW are ****ing miles away so i have to try and get my LOTR stuff from Dick who sells 'model trains' ......
