Wasn't the Russian given powers at some point? If its non-powered Russian, then I guess Killer Croc, though I don't know the full potential of Russian's strength.

I love how frank pwned 2.0. He held a knocked out spidey as his shield taking out hits coming from the russian. Then he had the nerve to joke
