I cant decide. Im leaning more towards Bats though via weapons. I can be swayed however.

Much as I love Batman little about Shang Chi is random. Like Bats he has had high and low showings, he also had a series throughout the late 70's early 80's called "Master of Kung Fu". it is a classic!

Let me say....Let me say....Batman dude....Explosive batrangs or electric batrangs, or grapple gun him and just punch him a couple hundred times, or smoke bomb him that he coughs a lot and can't see anything while Bruce got his masks with him and just plays a little game. Shang Chi has a foe called the Weapons master, does that give you a clue to how well he handles gimmicks?

Let's just say that their equal in fighting skills. Batman has got his ubber awesome gadgets that would totally destroy Shang Chi.

Shang Chi has numerous foes with gadgets. Weaponsmaster being the most obvious. He has aim which is similar to Bullseye. Shang beats him.

Noway Shang beats Batman more times than Batman defeats Shang.

I give this as 50 : 50 and these two are two of the few human, peak "humans". Thank god for them both!

The old 70's and 80's Shang Chi's were genius, the recent CA in Wildstorm Uni have been excellent, I hope you have read them!

the reason he can do all that is becuase he a master of chi energy

batman takes this but only barly like 5.5 out of 10

Shang Chi is like a suped up Shiva. Batman would never win in a straight brawl. If batman uses his gadgets right, he could beat Chi tho. 7/10 for Chi.

Didn't Batman beat Shiva in like 10 seconds when he decided not to hold back? Without use of anything but H2H? But of course, for anyone who doesn't like Batman any victory he has is plot induced.

Batman takes this. He's beaten guys (Solomon Grundy, Superman) that Shang Chi would run away from. The hatred of Batman on this board is unbelievable sometimes. Shang Chi? Why don't we do a Howard the Duck vs. Batman thread next. Maybe then Bats would have a chance. Maybe.

wonder if bane could beat superman too Bane can't beat Robin let alone Batman or Superman. The only reason he got Batman that one time back when was because Batman was awake and fighting for days against a legions of the best criminals around. In the condition he was in when Bane found him, I think even Alfred could have picked him up and snapped him in two.

hey don't get me wrong i believe that that in a pure fist fight batman would lose however batman has the toys so batman wins
