Jean Grey wins. Her telepathy is so far above Emma's and her telekinesis is on par if not above Polaris' magnetic force.

I can see her taking out both with telpathy at the same time...

This is a toughie because if given enough time Polaris could disable Jeans telepathy by affecting the blood flow to her brain.

On top of that Emma is a formiddable telepath so while Jean would beat her without a doubt, it wouldnt be a challenge she could just shrug off in seconds.

On the other hand Emma can only use her tp in diamond form, so if Jean was to take out Polaris psionically, whilst using her tk to make it too risky for Emma to be in anything but diamond form, she could then turn her attentions soley to Emma in which case she'd win.

However it would be vital for her to focus on Polaris first whilst using her tk to ensure Emmas tp is a non factor.
