Yeah, Onslaught would be too much for someone who matched the Infinity Gauntlet, Galactus, Shuma Gorath, Dormammu, Mephisto, and the friggin Living Tribunal.

Strange is God, he's unbeatable. Except he's really only human and anyone with Time powers can kill him effortlessly. Before he ever becomes strange.

Worlock isn't Extant or Mr. mxy or Eternity. They could get the job done without strange knowing what hit him.

It's been tried.
Strange is an astral constant, he's so crucial to marvel's 616 universe that Eternity himself prevented just such an attack. The only time the higher powers turned against Strange was when Strange was so powerful he upset the power balance across the multiuniverse. ILT told him so.
Not to mention the Ancient One was watching over Strange his entire life as seen in DSS's ladder part of his last series.

Also, he's not only human at all. What human do you know that is 5 thousand years old, totally immortal, take class 100shots and survives?

Lt and Inbeetweener teamed up to erase Strange from existense but was not even able to do it....
