I tend to go with Dr. Manhattan in just about everyone of the fights he is put in. Imo, when Alan Moore had him walking on water and commenting that he might create some humans at the end of Watchmen, he is letting us know what level John is on.

i wanted to add Captain Atom here too but he just seems to suffer from CIS a lot more than these guys.

Yeah. Solar recreated the universe, without harnessing and channeling universal energies in a one time only kind of thing like Hal did. He is by far the most powerful guy here, Ion included.

Solars feats in Valiant and Acclaim comics are far above the others although Dr M really has to little to go on. Dr Solar in the Gold Key issues is not as high end. It depends on the Solar Diz.

solar, hes like firestorm times a billion, he got voted as the most powerful hero in comics awhile back

dr. m and genis are way out of their league here.
