Master Chief, because he has that suit and I'm pretty sure that anything Pliskin throws out, Master Chief has an answer for. The Chief seems too much advanced to take on Snake anyways.

two super soldiers..i say MC, though. that armour is a real help in this fight. unless snake can get a cam suit....

poor snake. MC has enough strength to push a scorpion tank with one hand and kill aliens with one punch in the back and his armor makes it too much.
