Who Win's? And it's the batgirl who predicts her opponent's moves.

More than likely, Batgirl Cassie should win this one.

Deathstroke has to be one of the hardest H2H fights for Batgirl .....possibly the only harder fight would have to be Shiva (and maybe Richard Dragon).
Reason is that she cannot read Deathstroke .....claims that his body moves like 'a choir that has too many voices, is singing too fast, and singing too loud.'

Anyways, here are the two different occasions that Batgirl faces off against Deathstroke.
In one it appears like Deathstroke had the upper hand, and in the other it appears like Batgirl had the upper hand.

Summary of fight: It appears that Batgirl finds reading Deathstroke to be useless. Due to the synchrony of his body movements, the guy is so good that by the time one gets a 'read' he has already moved on ....although it is interesting that BG can own Bizarro Girl, who is levels faster and more powerful than DS, but fail at DS.
Anyways, what happens after the scans is that Ravager (whose body movements are like her father's, but not as good ....thus BG can read them) follows Batgirl into a series of tunnels. Something that makes DS angry/worried because his prep hadn't taken into consideration that BG might actually do such a thing.
In essence BG messed up DS's prep.
There Ravager tries to engage BG, but BG stabs her in the throat with her own sword (seems like DS and Ravager should have better control of their swords), and then tells DS that he can either try to save his daughter Ravager or waste time trying to kill Batgirl.
Thus BG escapes .....although she made powerful enemies that day, since Ravager will try to kill her once she gets better, and if she fails (which she will) and dies (which she might) that will mean that Deathstroke takes the job of killing BG. However he cannot make a move while Ravager is still alive (some code of honor nonsense).

Summary of fight: In this fight Deathstroke is not using weapons (like he was in the other one) to the same level he was in the other one. He tries a gun (which fails), and in the end has to do that whole grenade thing.
Note that he smiles (probably because he found someone worth for Ravager ....BTW this fight happens before the one in Sequence 1).

Inference of both Fights:

1) Batgirl has difficulty reading Deathstroke. For one DS is superhuman, but that wouldn't stop BG (for that matter being Superhuman doesn't seem to be a strength against any of the Bat family ....even Robin makes superhumans seem like dogs). The thing is that DS is superhuman PLUS has training that puts him in the top echelon of DC martial artists. The guy beat up on Batman after all.
Thus the combo of DS's physical prowess with his fighting ability (plus his mind's ability to react instantaneously) makes him hard to read.

2) Even with the above it appears that Batgirl can hang with DS when it comes to hand to hand combat. It appears that the major threat that DS offers to Batgirl is the same that Batman would offer to Batgirl (in an all out fight) ......preparation mixed with the ability to fight under one's own terms. It is hard to defeat someone who has you fighting their fight. In the first sequence it can be seen that DS had BG jumping hoops for him .....and even though she seemed to win (she did have his own sword at his throat, which BTW is almost the same move she used to stick a sword in Ravager's throat) all of that was part of DS's plan.

3) Batgirl appears intelligent enough to take advantage of holes in Slade's prep (when she uses the tunnels in the first fight .....not in scans). To do that means that she is becoming more than simply the best fighter in the Bat family .....she is getting the smarts too. It is not everyday one can exploit a weakness in Slade's prep .....actually I cannot think of any other time anyone has done that. Usually it is Slade exploiting other peoples' weaknesses.

4) In a pure H2H fight, with both characters not having plan-Bs and C's (thus a clean fight), there is a very good chance that BG could indeed defeat Deathstroke.
Under controlled conditions.
However have them fight outside, and with Deathstroke having prepped the place (and he always preps), and the situation shunts to DS's advantage.

Winner: Well, I'd say BG. Why? She has faced off against DS twice, and in one case stabbed his daughter in the throat, and she is still living.

Anyways, in a pure H2H fight I also have to give BG the advantage. The only thing is that once one adds Slade's other abilities (especially the fact that fighting DS means anything can happen) then the deck gets stacked against BG.
But this fight said there would be no weapons, thus I have to give BG a slight advantage. Possibly only one of 2 or 3 'normal' people that can face off against DS and have a chance (the other 2 being Shiva, and maybe Richard Dragon).

Or Batman he beat him.

It says that he was toying with her. And it must have blantant enough that she recognized it and even pointed it out. She may be a better martial artist, but he should take the win most times, his speed and strength and experience advantage is too much.

DS should walk all over Cass. Her move reading ability doesn't work against Slade and lets be honest with out it she is a sub par combatant in terms of what other streets are capable of (Batman wouldn't even let her patrol the streets when she lost her ability... and he lets Robin do that). Should be fairly easy for Slade to capitalize in the wholes in her defence.

^ I have to agree. I didn't know before, that she couldn't predict his moves.
