Bowser and Calill (Path of Radiance; the lovely Fire Sage that joins you in chapter 20).

Calill is not permitted any knife. Setting: Executor's bridge.

Bowser gets pawned pretty often by Mario and Luigi, so Petrine will also be capable of that.
