For the people that say he lost to Batman, that is absolutely not true. What happened was that Batman got in one hit on him, but that was because he was being mind - controlled and suffering from memory loss, and we later find out that he's dying of a deadly disease (but he still beat Batman. Black Lightning had to save him):
