I see your point. But was Jean the Phoenix in their encounter? I always thought that it was just regular jean and not the Phoenix. If it was the Phoenix, she should've killed him rather easily. I see your point though, he is powerful.

Brainiac, hes very smart, he would calculate something to beat him with in .1 seconds and then then do it
