If Batman has his gadgets, he's gonna win.

No gadgets, he gets a class 10 punch to the face.

Theirs a heavy debate on whether Bat's can beat Captain America , but if we give Cap class ten strength we get U.S. Agent. We also get Bat's with a broken neck and/or crushed skull.

What about Batman Belt vs U.S Agent's weapons & suits. Energy Truncheon: Offensive weapon that uses an energy projection to administer electric shock.
Flack Jacket: Kevlar lined and padded vest designed to deflect ballistic and shrapnel weapons.

He's just stronger,Cap makes him look like a child when they fight.

Bats does the same or does this end up like the bane fight..........

I dunno, is US Agent Smart? Because Bane only had Strength and his mind. Then again, Bane Had Prep. I'm going to have to go with Batman on this one.

I don't know too many of U.S. Agent's feats. If Cap can handle U.S. Agent, then I'll have to go with Bats.

Give him Class 10 strength and take away 80% of Cap's skill and you get USAgent. Batman steps on him like he does Bane.

Well I agree. Batman would take the clear and solid majority though. Not like he hasn't fought brutes before. Bane, Killer Croc, etc. Most of those fights end in a few pages.
