It's the New Avengers facing off against the classic super team, the Champions. Remember the Champions? This is the current versions of the characters and there is no prep...the rosters are as follows?

2. Ice-Man

Remember, this is the current version of each character. The fight takes place on and around Mount Rushmore....

Damn, no Sentry?

You got some powerful characters going up against the NA.

New Avengers win IMO. Mainly due to Extremis Iron Man.

No, there is NO Sentry in this battle...he's just too powerful and gives the New Avengers too much of an advantage. So, this is the New Avengers before Sentry joined the team.....although, some may argue that even with Sentry, the Champions still have a damn good chance....
