I don't know anything about Wolvenom, but this seems like a more fair match than Superman. I still think Hulk wins though.

Grey Hulk is the Hulk that smashed an asteroid or meteor whatever that was twice the size of Earth.

Thunderclap for the win! Both Wolverine and the symbiote are weak against it. Hell, just a tiny one (on comic character standards) messed up Wolverine pretty damn bad...
