I don't really think Man-Spider has any reason to be fighting Man-Bat except for the fact that they both have "man" in the beginning of their names. But Lizard and Man-Bat both are scientist that were working on similar experiments, and sometimes they both retain their knowlege when they transform. Lizard is faster, but Man-Bat has that sonic screem.

The Lizard would tear Man-Bat apart, literally.

Lizard is stronger and has a healing factor, soon as lizard tears off man-bats wings its over

Manbat is faster but lizard is stronger.

And besided what is lizard going to do when Man bat uses the sonic screem. Lizard is losing this one unless he comes up with something to block his ears.
